Adding emotions to structure

My career in brief

Early in my IT career, I discovered that I enjoyed not only the technical part of my job, but also training, user support activities and interviews. I simply loved working with people and this gave me tremendous satisfaction. Over time, I also carried out projects for clinics and medical laboratories, which allowed me to gather knowledge of the medical field from the perspective of workflow design and automation. Leading increasingly complex teams, I realized that the greatest satisfaction came from solving human resources problems. Those were always so diverse and broad. Afterwards, when I became an independent entrepreneur, I had projects at the convergence point between business and IT, where there is a need for a lot of communication and negotiation between various stakeholders, to find a common language and adjust opinions. And this was a stage with a lot of professional freedom of expression and inestimable encounters for me.

Personal awakening and shift

Simultaneously with my professional activity, which was the center of my existence for a long time, I began to feel that my self meant more than my perceptions and the meanings my mind provided. Thus, I started my explorations in order to find answers beyond the apparent and the immediate explanations. The searches intensified as a result of major personal changes. I have experienced and enjoyed various techniques and methods of personal development, of understanding myself and those around me. I enhanced some of them as collateral activities as much as time allowed, first with those close to me. But word got out and I was recommended to more people. So it was time for a bigger change, a shift in my career as a therapist. In January 2020 I designed my own website and set up my office, ready to follow my call.

My purpose

I resonate a lot with the idea of integrative medicine and approaching patients as unique identities. This requires a holistic and customised approach for their needs and stimulating the healing capacity of the human body. I believe that it is easier to prevent than to cure and it is key to focus ourselves not only on physical but also on mental and emotional health. In this sense, our body offers both the signals of possible disharmonies and the entrance gate for solving them. That is how I chose the therapies I practice. They are all designed to tackle human holistically.

I feel grateful and deeply fulfilled to be able to share with you who I am and what I do. I would be happy to put my skills and energy to work, in an efficient and natural way, to support you on your journey!
