Acknowledge the situation
The first step is to stop fighting with the situation you are facing. Acknowledging means to accept the reality as it is and take note of whatever happens inside and outside you. It does not mean to surrender without action. It is just that relaxation brings a different level of awareness.
Connect to your truth
External circumstances are out of your control, emotions may unwillingly continue to manifest, the question is what do you believe and what do you want. This step is meant to reveal your truth, independent of anyone and anything around you. It does not matter if your truth is unrealistic, painful or soothing. All it matters is to see this truth through all the stories you have heard or told yourself.
Thrive purposely
It is time to look carefully for the best solutions, considering your truth, desired outcome and the situation you are facing.
Decision without action it is not a decision. Therefore, you need to act upon your decision in order to pursue your goals and dreams in a meaningful and wise way.
