Holistic counseling is a form of counselling focused on the all aspects of an individual wellbeing. Holistic counseling considers not only the mind, but also the body and spirit and how these three are interconnected.
Counseling process begins with an initial discussion. In a confidential environment, the client describes their current situation, what exactly bothers them and would like to change or improve in their life. It can be a crisis, lack of clarity and motivation or a specific situation that they are facing personally or professionally.

The counseling process leads the client through three "zones":
In parallel with the cognitive process, in which we access and understand our emotions and beliefs, the physical state is a good indicator of existing internal blockages. Insomnia, headaches, tensions in the body are addressed with gentle body movements and short guided meditations.
Additionally, to refine the understanding of the client's major life themes, I use the profile interpretation based on Gene Key and human Design. These techniques help you understand what your innate gifts are and how you can live and express yourself authentically and gently. The main themes of life are those that usually triggers us and they indicate where mental deconditioning is needed the most.
Holistic counseling offers to each client the optimal combination of techniques, which allow them to understand and become aware of the connection between their thoughts, emotions and attitudes or behaviours, and live a balanced, harmonious life.
